August 15: OPEN HOUSE, 10am-2pm. Registration and studio tours, drop in placements.
August 17: Fall Semester begins
August 17: DISD School Begins --delayed.
August 20: HPISD School Begins
September 7: No classes, office closed – LABOR DAY. Stevo's Adult classes @ 6:30pm & 7:30pm will be held.
September 8: DISD school begins
September 18- Youth Ensemble Lock IN! Rescheduledto Spring semester -TBA!
September 21: Costume Sale @ studio. Get Halloween costumes and more!
October 1: Reminder- Costume fees due for Spring concerts
October 12: Columbus Day- We have class.
October 26-31: Dress up for Halloween at CBD!
October 31: Halloween- no kids classes from 5:30pm to close.
November 1: Reminder-Remaining costume fees due for Spring Concerts
November 1: Online Auction is open through November 7 at 12pm.
November 8: SCBD Youth Ensemble Studio performance & fundraiser, all are welcome! Live Stream Performance & Online Auction winners announced!
November 11: Veteran’s Day- We do have class!
November 25-28: Thanksgiving Break! No Kids Classes / Studio totally closed November 25-27. Adults schedule is online.
December: Northpark Mall Holiday Performance- Youth Ballet, Tap Ensemble, and Hip Hop. Students called 1 hr before performance time. CANCELLED for 2020.
December 10-12: CBD SchoolHoliday shows
December 14-19: Christmas Sweater Week
December 21-January 3: Winter Break! No Kids classes, Adult schedule online
December 28-30: Winter Camps 9am-12pm, ages 3-9yrs.
December 23-27: OFFICE CLOSED. NO CLASSES-- HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
December 28: Adult Classes resume.
December 31: Studio closed- Happy New Year!

January 4: Kids classes resume
January 7: Register for Summer Dance 2020 and Spring Break Camps!
January 18: MLK Day- We do have class!
January 25-January 30: Parent Viewing Week-- RECREATIONAL PROGRAM, Levels 3 and up, & Youth Performance Companies--come watch your child dance in class! (only if capacity limitations are lifted)
February 1-6: Parent Viewing Week- Kinder Program, Levels 3-4Yrs ballet/tap combo, 5-6yrs ballet/tap combo, Pre-Ballet/Pre-Tap, Level 1, & all Level 2 classes. (only if capacity limitations are lifted)
February 6: Father Daughter Dance at studio & Ballroom class 5:00-7:00pm (only if capacity limitations are lifted)
February 7: Summer intensive auditions 1- Summer Intensive Auditions 1:30-5:30pm. 3 levels: 9-11 years: 1:30-2:30pm, 12yrs-13yrs; 2:30-4:00pm, 14yrs+, 4:00-5:30pm. Register online.

February 8-13: Silly Tights Week! Wear crazy tights to class! The craziest looking class wins tickets to the May 1 Youth Ensemble concert!
February 14: Happy Valentine’s Day!
February 15: President’s Day - WE HAVE CLASS!
March 1: Youth Ensemble Spring Concert Tickets on Sale! Show is May 1.
March 6: Mother Daughter Tea at studio & Youth Ballet In studio performance 3:30-5:30pm (only if capacity limitations are lifted)
March 7: Summer Intensive Auditions Summer Intensive Auditions 1:30-5:30pm. 3 levels: 9-11 years: 1:30-2:30pm, 12yrs-13yrs; 2:30-4:00pm, 14yrs+, 4:00-5:30pm. Register online.

March 14th: Early bird Sign up Discount deadline for summer
March 15-20: SPRING BREAK. We are closed for kids classes. Adult classes check online.
April 1: Reminder--Recital Fee is due (includes tickets and a digital copy of the video. This is not the same as the costume fee)
April : Dance Planet performances- Youth Ballet & Tap Ensembles & Hip hop Companies- DATE TBA
April 4: Easter Sunday - studio closed
April 16-18: NYCDA Convention & Competition for Youth Ballet Company & students.
April 23: 2021-2022 Season Junior Hip Hop Company Auditions 5:00-6:00pm, Senior Hip Hop Company auditions 6:00-7:00pm
April 25 : 2021-2022 SCBD Youth Tap Ensemble auditions 5:00—6:00 pm
April 29-May 1: Dress Rehearsals and performance for Youth Ensemble Spring Concert @Eisemann Center in Richardson.
May 1: Summer intensive video submission deadline, We will email acceptance letters, then a deposit must be made within 10 days.
May 8: 2021-22 Season SCBD Youth Ballet Ensemble auditions 4:00-5:30pm
May 9: Happy Mother’s Day! No classes, studio closed.
May 10-15: Pre-registration week- Receive your 2021-2022 Placements Letters and Pre-Register for next year! SAVE $$$$
May: PHOTO WEEK at studio! Pls check photo schedule in Recital packet. Dates TBA.
May 21: ADULT student SHOWCASE 7:30pm @ studio
May 31 : No classes, Office/ studio closed- MEMORIAL DAY!
SPRING CONCERT DATES: TBA

July 26-August 6: JUNIORS SUMMER INTENSIVE 9-11yrs
Master CLASSES will be added throughout the season.
