Caroline is a wonderful teacher with extensive experience in dance and movement modalities. The class enhances mobility and extends posture in ways not experienced with conventional dance training. Can't say enough good things about it!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been coming to CBD for over a decade and have always had an incredible experience. They have a great variety of class types & times, their staff is amazing, and Lindsey does a great job running the studio. Don’t know what I’d do without CBD!!

Amazing. The instructor is well versed in her knowledge and understanding of the body and dance to an astonishing degree.
