ADD/DROP TRANSFER

CBD AUTHORIZATION to ADD/ DROP/ TRANSFER your child AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONTEMPORARY BALLET DALLAS POLICIES Tuition will be adjusted and discounts will be added accordingly based upon effective date of ADD / TRANSFER. CBD DROP POLICY: Each tuition installment is nonrefundable. If you wish to discontinue class/es and not be charged the next installment, you must provide a drop request by the deadline prior to the next installment billing cycle. The deadline for drop requests before each billing cycle are: October 1, January 1, March 1. Please view our tuition and policies on our website or your jackrabbit portal for more information. If you paid for one whole semester, and are dropping before the Deadline, then you will be refunded the amount of that 2nd installment.
